Processing Times

We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

• Destinations: We exclusively ship orders within Canada.

• Calculations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your shipping destination, and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided during the checkout process. Once you enter your postal code, our system will calculate an accurate arrival window. Please note that certain products may require additional handling time, which will be reflected in the estimated arrival date provided at checkout.

PO Boxes

Due to carrier restrictions regarding size and weight, some shipments may be delayed or ineligible for delivery to PO Box addresses. We recommend providing a physical street address whenever possible to ensure the smoothest delivery experience.

Shipping Accuracy

We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before submitting your order, as we cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided during the checkout process.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@scentodiffusers.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We review these cases individually and are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution.
