Scento Diffusers Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: 

    • Diffusers: Unused and unopened diffusers may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

    • Fragrances: Due to the nature of these products, all fragrance sales are final and are not eligible for return.

  2. Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product seal has been broken or the product has been used.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation number is required to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Fragrances (all sales are final)

  • Final sale or promotional items purchased at a discounted price

  • Used or opened diffusers

Return Process

As we operate exclusively online, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@scentodiffusers.com to request a return. Please note that our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.

  2. Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include your order confirmation. If the return is due to a defect, please provide supporting documentation such as photos or videos to facilitate our assessment.

  4. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  2. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  3. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are proven to be defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@scentodiffusers.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
