Eligibility for Returns

Diffusers: Unused and unopened diffusers may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Fragrances: Due to the nature of these products, all fragrance sales are final and are not eligible for return.

Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product seal has been broken or the product has been used.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation number is required to initiate a return.

Return Process
As we operate exclusively online, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include your order confirmation. If the return is due to a defect, please provide supporting documentation such as photos or videos to facilitate our assessment.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
